Vexel Art Tip Guideby `shebid

This is made for people who use Photoshop. I use Photoshop CS3, however, I know for sure almost everything mentioned should go as far back as 7.0.

Oh, and something you may need to know, if you work in illustrator, you belong in vector. That's that (Should be a given.)
