I experience sleep paralysis about 3 times a week (I go to bed late and only sleep a few hours). As i'm drifting into sleep I suddenly get reminded that I'm falling asleep and wanna move or something and just end up screaming at the pitch dark behind my eyelids to move budge the slightest inch ._. (in my head mind you, so my helpless screams are never to be heard) I dont even feel myself breath, but there have been time's where I have a reoccurring dream and if I've thought about  enough in the middle of it i'll begin to direct what happens next with slight modifications, it's odd because I know I'm dreaming and I acknowledge the fact but Im still somewhat oblivious to my control over what I dream.


...That and this one time a few years ago I wanted to take advantage of my lucid dreaming by dreaming of this girl I liked at the time but I woke up suddenly xD
